Precision Garage Service did a great job fixing and updating my garage door. The door had not been closing completely at the top, leaving a large enough gap for birds, snow, and rain to get in. AJ clearly explained what needed to be repaired and replaced. The springs, rollers, cables, remotes, and garage door opener were replaced, including upgrading the old chain-driven opener to a much quieter belt-drive system. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous, with no pressure to buy anything unnecessary. He showed me what had been done and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. The entire job took less than two hours, and I was very satisfied with both the work and the value. I would definitely hire Precision Garage Service again.

We are very pleased with the service and the technician who repaired our garage door on Sunday Aug 23. We appreciate the fact that there was no extra weekend charge since the car was in garage with no way to get it out until door was fixed. I was impressed by the 5 star rating on reviews too. The technician AJ was very nice and answered all of our questions. He explained what and why he was doing everything to fix our door. He enjoys his job, cares about people and it shows.

The day of my appointment ShaRaad called an hour before he arrived , he was very polite and explained in detail exactly what he woujd be doing. Mt technician, AJ, let me know he was on his way, and very quickly was able to assess the issues. Within 5 minutes, I had an email with three different options for repair and what each option entailed and the warranty for each. I chose one, and we were able to schedule his return for that afternoon for the repair. I highly recommend both the company and AJ and, if there are ever other issues, I will not hesitate to call the company again.

Scheduling was easy and technicians were flexible. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Friday night, but when storm sirens went off, we rescheduled. No hassle what so ever. AJ came and did an initial inspection, recommended a course of action and promptly replaced springs, cables, pulleys, and rollers all in a short amount of time. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't recommend trying to sneak up on AJ and grappling him from behind, he's a MMA instructor!
