Had tension spring break on Saturday. Filled out the inquiry on website Sunday morning. Staff reached out and we got appointmet that afternoon. afternoon. He arrived and provided quote prior to work. He weighed the door to ensure proper spring size, turns out we needed 2 sizes stronger. Now I can release latch and lift manually much easier. Well worth letting a pro do this instal with proper tools, inventory, and experience. And, the spring is heavier duty than typical off the shelf, so will last longer.

Spring broke with car stuck inside with babysitting grandkids in another city in jeopardy! Mike came to rescue and within an hour had spring replaced and we were on our way. Great quick service and professional! We felt very comfortable with Mike and are looking forward to the new garage door they will be installing soon. Recommend Precision to get the job done!

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Clayton. In today's world, customer service seems to be a neglected skill. How refreshing it was to experience customer service excellence again from Clayton and Precision Garage Door. The spring broke early in the evening, so I began searching for a repair company. The online scheduling for service was very easy to use. The reviews for Precision Garage proved to be spot-on; I highly recommend.

I decided on this company after reading the reviews and comparing costs to other companies. Clayton was prompt, professional, helpful and honest. After a chipmunk chewed the rubber bottom seal on my 18 ft door, Clayton determined it was still in pretty good condition. I did not need to replace it at this time. However, his boss is checking on the possibility of ordering a sturdier seal, as another option, in case I continue to have chipmunk problems. I appreciate his effort for going above and beyond. I will definitely refer Precision Garage Door to my family and friends.
