Precision Garage Service did a great job fixing and updating my garage door. The door had not been closing completely at the top, leaving a large enough gap for birds, snow, and rain to get in. AJ clearly explained what needed to be repaired and replaced. The springs, rollers, cables, remotes, and garage door opener were replaced, including upgrading the old chain-driven opener to a much quieter belt-drive system. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous, with no pressure to buy anything unnecessary. He showed me what had been done and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. The entire job took less than two hours, and I was very satisfied with both the work and the value. I would definitely hire Precision Garage Service again.

Mt technician, AJ, let me know he was on his way, and very quickly was able to assess the issues. Within 5 minutes, I had an email with three different options for repair and what each option entailed and the warranty for each. I chose one, and we were able to schedule his return for that afternoon for the repair. Excellence experience. Clayton replaced my broken 19 year old garage door opener. He answered all my questions well. Previous good comments from other reviews convinced me to use your service. I'm happy with the prompt, friendly service. The cost of the opener and labor was higher than I expected, but the only comparison was to look at the prices at Big Box stores with no idea what the installation costs would be. I don't believe their installers would have been as knowledgeable to complete a quality installation.
