Excellent service, I called about 9am and they were on-site working on the door by 11am the same day. Customer service was great, prior to the tech arrival I got a text with the techs picture and bio. Very friendly and replacement spring took about 30 min to install. I highly recommend them and will call them again if I need service.

Mike was prompt and efficient. He came earlier in the week and didn't charge me anything..... but the theorized easy fix did not turn out to be the real problem. On the second visit he went through a series of potential fixes and completed the job with (I think) the least expensive solution. Very easy to work with. I would heartily recommend his services!

Had Clayton look at our forty year old garage door that was not closing properly. He inspected and gave me an estimate on repairing the door .I then asked for an estimate on a new door. I decided on a new door. Clayton and Mike did the install . They showed up when scheduled and were prepared and did the install quickly. I was pleased how friendly and professional they were. Clayton explained all my options with no pressure when deciding what to do with the garage door.

I had a frayed cable that could have broken at any moment, but was unaware, just knew my door was tilted. My technician Clayton showed me the damage and explained my repair options. I thought I was going to go a week or two without using my garage, but Clayton assured me he could fix it right away, that they had everything on the truck. Clayton went above and beyond, working well after dinner time to fix my issue and I was so thankful it was able to get fixed immediately. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Had tension spring break on Saturday. Filled out the inquiry on website Sunday morning. Staff reached out and we got appointmet that afternoon. afternoon. He arrived and provided quote prior to work. He weighed the door to ensure proper spring size, turns out we needed 2 sizes stronger. Now I can release latch and lift manually much easier. Well worth letting a pro do this instal with proper tools, inventory, and experience. And, the spring is heavier duty than typical off the shelf, so will last longer.

I called Precision on Sunday, and he was here on Monday morning. My problem was something that was my own fault, but since I have never had maintenance in 12 years, I had him check out everything. Turns out I needed new springs and rollers. He had all the parts with him and all was fixed within an hour. Very happy to have this all taken care of in a timely matter. I would definitely recommed Precision!
