Scheduling was easy and technicians were flexible. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Friday night, but when storm sirens went off, we rescheduled. No hassle what so ever. AJ came and did an initial inspection, recommended a course of action and promptly replaced springs, cables, pulleys, and rollers all in a short amount of time. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't recommend trying to sneak up on AJ and grappling him from behind, he's a MMA instructor!

Wow ~ Precision Garage Door Service operating out of the SE Iowa area is a 5 star business and garage door opening business and service! From initial contact to follow-up scheduling then onto installation and payment was both convenient and easy. My technician, AJ, was efficient, super knowledgeable about the product, features and functionality of my new opener as well as courteous and personable. I highly recommend this business for anyone requiring a new garage door and/or opener.

AJ was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Prepared a quote that was a bit shocking, I thanked for the quote, paid him $89.00 for his time. Contacted another reputable provider in the area for a quote, which ended up saving me $600.00.

Absolute amazing service! From the kind gentleman on the phone who took my call and scheduled my after-hours appointment, to Mike, the owner, who came out and fixed my garage door in an emergency situation. Communication was excellent. Mike was kind, courteous, prompt, and very skilled. There were no hidden fees - he presented two cost options before doing any work. Work was done to perfection. I’ll tell everyone to use Precision Garage Door Co. Hands down.

AJ did a great job explaining the process getting into the garage a different way since the openers would not. Quickly diagnosed the issue and got us a quote to restore and correct the issue. Good experience and would recommend Precision. MTD

All the people we worked with were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite, and prompt. AJ came out and got the ancient opener to work as well as it could, Clayton came out the next day to install an opener that now works with remotes and the keypad. Mike, the owner, told us what the instillation would cost, and that’s exactly what we were charged in spite of some glitches. We have used this company before and have always been more than pleased with a Mike and the techs.

Woke up Monday morning to head to work, tried opening the garage door and the spring snapped. Called their phone number and left a message at 5 AM, got a return call a short while later stating a technician would be there by 8 AM. AJ showed up, assessed the situation, gave us a fair quote on replacing the springs and a few other items (cables, rollers, as the garage door is almost 10 years old), and then got to work. By 10 AM he was all wrapped up. AJ was very professional and friendly, and it was easy to tell he has been doing this for a while. Would recommend to anyone.
