With a robust background in business spanning 25 years, Mike brings a wealth of experience and a keen understanding of customer service to his new venture. A devoted father, Mike has two wonderful daughters, Star and Ella, who are his pride and joy. He also shares his life with Oreo, a playful Mini Aussiedoodle who never fails to bring a smile to his face! In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing and golfing, hobbies that allow him to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors. Though he now leads the Cedar Rapids location, Mike calls Florida home, balancing his professional life in Iowa with his personal life in the Sunshine State.

Mike was amazing! He called several hours before the appointment to say he was running behind, and still made it within the scheduled service window! It only took Mike a few minutes to diagnose and fix the problem, and also helped us reset our garage code. I called Precision on Sunday, and he was here on Monday morning. My problem was something that was my own fault, but since I have never had maintenance in 12 years, I had him check out everything. Turns out I needed new springs and rollers. He had all the parts with him and all was fixed within an hour. Very happy to have this all taken care of in a timely matter. I would definitely recommed Precision!

Mike introduced himself right away, looked at what needed fixed, gave me a quote, and once I agreed, got right to work. I checked in when he was just about done, he explained what he did, made sure that the door worked properly, went over the cost once again, I paid and he cleaned everything up including the old parts that were no longer needed. We highly recommend Precision. It was very easy to schedule an online appointment, and Mike (owner/technican) sent an email to confirm along with his photo.
