Excellent service from start to finish. When my garage door opener broke in the morning, my car was trapped inside. I had no idea how long it would take to be rectified. Instead, Mike arrived that afternoon. He provided me with a clear assessment and installed the new opener within a couple of hours. He even took time to clean out the leaves and dirt that had accumulated. Made (saved) my day!

I called Precision on Sunday, and he was here on Monday morning. My problem was something that was my own fault, but since I have never had maintenance in 12 years, I had him check out everything. Turns out I needed new springs and rollers. He had all the parts with him and all was fixed within an hour. Very happy to have this all taken care of in a timely matter.
