Very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Doors. After reading several positive reviews from some area people I decided to give them a try. I would have to agree with the other positive reviews. AJ was the service technician. He contacted me & said he was running ahead of schedule by about 45 minutes. He gave me a detailed estimate with needed recommendations besides the obvious broken spring. He found a worn cable that would have created another problem in the future. He completed the necessary work in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with. This repair also happened the day before Thanksgiving when not every business was open. AJ did a great job! Fast and courteous. He took time to explain everything that was wrong and the different ways they could go about fixing it.Once the work was completed, he took time to show the operation of the system and point out all the things that were addressed. Will definitely be using Precision in the future for any other garage door issues.

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! Immediately after I made the appointment, they ensured my safety by sending a picture and name of the service tech being dispatched for my unique garage door issue . I could not get over how quickly they could come!!!!! Technician was very knowledgeable & polite. Rates are extremely fair. Went above and beyond to assist us with our sad outdated garage door, giving us sound recommendations on various options & price points. I am on the board for a condominium community, I guarantee they are our new garage door company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!
