Extremely pleased with the service provided by Clayton. In today's world, customer service seems to be a neglected skill. How refreshing it was to experience customer service excellence again from Clayton and Precision Garage Door. The spring broke early in the evening, so I began searching for a repair company. I decided on this company after reading the reviews and comparing costs to other companies. Clayton was prompt, professional, helpful and honest. After a chipmunk chewed the rubber bottom seal on my 18 ft door, Clayton determined it was still in pretty good condition. I did not need to replace it at this time. However, his boss is checking on the possibility of ordering a sturdier seal, as another option, in case I continue to have chipmunk problems. I appreciate his effort for going above and beyond. I will definitely refer Precision Garage Door to my family and friends.
