5/15/2026 Scheduling was quick and efficient. The tech, Clayton, visited the same morning. Clayton was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Replaced an old chain driven opener with a new belt drive model. After installation Clayton made sure to walk me through step by step how to set up the app and program the remotes, keypad, and car. Great guy! This replacement was an unexpected expense, but worth it. I would highly recommend Precision and Clayton to my neighbors and colleagues.

I called this company for a repair on my garage door, which needed a new panel. Although they were unable to acquire the parts because of proprietary reasons, Clayton steered me in the right direction. He also, gave an estimate for a replacement door in case the part was obsolete or unavailable. However it was and I am getting it replaced. I was impressed with his promptness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company and if and when I need a garage door replacement call them first!!!!

All the people we worked with were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite, and prompt. AJ came out and got the ancient opener to work as well as it could, Clayton came out the next day to install an opener that now works with remotes and the keypad. Mike, the owner, told us what the instillation would cost, and that’s exactly what we were charged in spite of some glitches. We have used this company before and have always been more than pleased with a Mike and the techs.

Excellence experience. Clayton replaced my broken 19 year old garage door opener. He answered all my questions well. Previous good comments from other reviews convinced me to use your service. I'm happy with the prompt, friendly service. The cost of the opener and labor was higher than I expected, but the only comparison was to look at the prices at Big Box stores with no idea what the installation costs would be. I don't believe their installers would have been as knowledgeable to complete a quality installation.

Excellent service, I called about 9am and they were on-site working on the door by 11am the same day. Customer service was great, prior to the tech arrival I got a text with the techs picture and bio. Very friendly and replacement spring took about 30 min to install. I highly recommend them and will call them again if I need service.

Had Clayton. Great Service - Great availability to come out. Loved the pre work review and suggestions and honest recommendation of what needed maintenance. Very clean and tidy workmanship. Post project review of all that was done. Replaced the rubber weather stripping around door and the hardware of the door. Feel like we have a new door and peace of mind our door will have a long life and safe new parts and door will now balance in place hold as we have small children if something does break.

Clayton Starner was the technician that came to check my garage door problems. He was friendly, prompt, courteous. He listened to my explanation of my problem with our garage door then thoroughly checked out all the possible issues. Clayton explained (and showed me) the issues with the opener and then presented his recommendations for repair/replacement. I opted to replace the 25 year old garage door opener and he showed me the available options and prices. When I made my choice he quickly and efficiently replaced the door opener, lubricated all the hinges on the garage door so it runs SO quietly now, told me what to watch for in 25 year old springs and even helped me program the door to my phone. He did a great job!

We did due diligence on-line, then asked 3 cos. to bid new garage doors for us. Precision responded in a timely manner, was courteous, informative, professional, and offered a better product at a very competitive price including a generous sr. citizen discount. We had a few follow- up questions, found the office helpful, and when necessary a technician called me back that same day. I had one change to make to the order and Precision’s owner was very patient with me while we worked that out on the phone. Precision was available to install the new doors in a reasonable time. Installation day they arrived on time, were respectful of our property, answered any questions we had, asked our preference for any options, worked non-stop, and after they left there was no evidence they had been there save our new doors. They look great and everything works as it should! They looked up the billing on-line, which was exactly the same as their bid. How often can you say all this about a contractor, their employees, their product, and their follow-through?! The only somewhat negative thing I can say is I requested a paper copy of the warranties - as opposed to a few lines in the sales catalog or word of mouth - and a paper copy of a receipted bill but I haven’t received them yet and it has been a few weeks. But I trust a reminder call will take care of that. So, bottom line is don’t hesitate to call them. They will do it right.
