Precision Door excellent to work with, called Sunday and set up an appointment Monday morning. The technician Clayton called before his arrival, stopped by gave me an estimate and completed the job all before 10:00 am. I would recommend Precision Door for your small or large jobs , I had a rather small job . Precision Door along with their technician treated me well and to care of my issues promptly. Thanks

Great service. AJ was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Came out on the holiday replaced the springs on one door and did general maintenance. He gave me three different quote options and wasn’t pushy. I highly recommend this company!

They came promptly to give us an estimate. I have been calling to hire them for at least 6 weeks and have also emailed to no avail. Hard to Raye if they never return phone calls. Aargh!

Precision Garage Service did a great job fixing and updating my garage door. The door had not been closing completely at the top, leaving a large enough gap for birds, snow, and rain to get in. AJ clearly explained what needed to be repaired and replaced. The springs, rollers, cables, remotes, and garage door opener were replaced, including upgrading the old chain-driven opener to a much quieter belt-drive system. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous, with no pressure to buy anything unnecessary. He showed me what had been done and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. The entire job took less than two hours, and I was very satisfied with both the work and the value. I would definitely hire Precision Garage Service again.

AJ was the technician who stopped by to look at our garage door opener. The opener still worked but all of our remotes stopped working. He surmised that an internal board had failed so we decided to replacing the opener was the quickest option. He was very pleasant, professional and efficient. I would recommend and use their services again!

We are very pleased with the service and the technician who repaired our garage door on Sunday Aug 23. We appreciate the fact that there was no extra weekend charge since the car was in garage with no way to get it out until door was fixed. I was impressed by the 5 star rating on reviews too. The technician AJ was very nice and answered all of our questions. He explained what and why he was doing everything to fix our door. He enjoys his job, cares about people and it shows.

Awesome experience. Clayton was very professional and efficient. I called 8 am and he was here and repaired the door before noon. Unheard of service out here at the lake near Montezuma. Will definitely use them again. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

My garage door failed to open. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they came out the same day. Clayton, the technician, was very professional and did a thorough job explaining the issue. He replaced the unit for a very fair price. I will definitely refer them to others.

My first interaction with Precision Door and I’m so impressed. I was having “clanking” sounds when my door closed. I called to make an appointment a d they were able to see me the same day and gave multiple time options. I received a confirmation text and email. My technician, Clayton, called me when he was about 20 minutes away. I also received a text with his picture and brief bio. He was so knowledgeable, showed and explained what was wrong and provided options and recommendations. About 10 minutes after leaving I received an estimate. Needless to say, I immediately signed to get the work done.

I got my garage door from Precision garage door when Clayton quoted me $1500 less than my contractor was quoting me. So of course I went with them. Clayton did a great job and then when my garage door wouldn’t open six months later, he came by and it was a simple fix and he didn’t charge me. Thanks, Clayton!

Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is inflated materials cost. Excellent customer service, performed repair on the weekend hours after calling. Repairman was fantastic fixing the broken spring and recommending additional maintenance due to the garage door not having any updates in 10 years. Highly recommend if you need something done that day but be cautious of higher costs.

I scheduled online and got a response instantly. I could pick my day, time and they confirmed it all via text or email. The day of my appointment ShaRaad called an hour before he arrived , he was very polite and explained in detail exactly what he woujd be doing. He had everything on hand once problem was identified and fixed it right then. He was very professional and exhibited great customer service! Highly recommend.

Mt technician, AJ, let me know he was on his way, and very quickly was able to assess the issues. Within 5 minutes, I had an email with three different options for repair and what each option entailed and the warranty for each. I chose one, and we were able to schedule his return for that afternoon for the repair. I highly recommend both the company and AJ and, if there are ever other issues, I will not hesitate to call the company again.

To be honest when searching for a company to work on my garage door this was one of the top choices. I went with it as the first thing they said is a free quote for the work. Other companies wanted to charge for giving a quote and that is just bad business if you ask me. The next thing that I saw a positive was the fact that when they cam out they gave me two options of full replacement or repair of the current door with a new opener. Then they gave their professional option of the two choices based on the type of garage I had, and which option would save me money. That was a big plus to see a company offer two choices and to not force the higher cost option onto a customer. The Tech ShaRaad was polite and knowledgeable and the other techs that helped him made the whole experience pleasant one. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a far price.
