Clayton was fast and efficient, and a very nice person to meet. Did a complete inspection and had a range of estimates ready in minutes. Work was done in about an hour and he went over all the work with me. Could not be more pleased.

We highly recommend Precision. It was very easy to schedule an online appointment, and Mike (owner/technican) sent an email to confirm along with his photo. He called when he expected to be a few minutes late. He worked on both of our garage doors replacing springs and cables. The job was completed quickly and professionally. Thank you, Mike.

Prompt, polite, quick quality install with superior products. Also didn’t have Trump sticker on his truck. Don’t ever put political affiliates on your vehicles as a recommendation.

Mike was amazing! He called several hours before the appointment to say he was running behind, and still made it within the scheduled service window! It only took Mike a few minutes to diagnose and fix the problem, and also helped us reset our garage code. Very happy Mike was able to solve the problem quickly, and we’ve been very happy to be a customer ever since Precision installed our unit!

I called Precision on Sunday, and he was here on Monday morning. My problem was something that was my own fault, but since I have never had maintenance in 12 years, I had him check out everything. Turns out I needed new springs and rollers. He had all the parts with him and all was fixed within an hour. Very happy to have this all taken care of in a timely matter. I would definitely recommed Precision!

My garage door would not open on a Saturday. Within a few hours the owner, Mike, was here and had the door repaired. I was impressed by the honest and reasonable price, as well as no attempt to sell an entire new door. In fact, he told me I didn’t need one!! I will definitely call Precision Doors in the future.

Excellence experience. Clayton replaced my broken 19 year old garage door opener. He answered all my questions well. Previous good comments from other reviews convinced me to use your service. I'm happy with the prompt, friendly service. The cost of the opener and labor was higher than I expected, but the only comparison was to look at the prices at Big Box stores with no idea what the installation costs would be. I don't believe their installers would have been as knowledgeable to complete a quality installation.

Excellent service, I called about 9am and they were on-site working on the door by 11am the same day. Customer service was great, prior to the tech arrival I got a text with the techs picture and bio. Very friendly and replacement spring took about 30 min to install. I highly recommend them and will call them again if I need service.

Mike came out and thoroughly examined the issue we were having with our garage door. He presented us with several options and provided the information we needed to make the right decision. He was able to get us back to normal much faster than I had anticipated. I strongly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door services.

Had Clayton. Great Service - Great availability to come out. Loved the pre work review and suggestions and honest recommendation of what needed maintenance. Very clean and tidy workmanship. Post project review of all that was done. Replaced the rubber weather stripping around door and the hardware of the door. Feel like we have a new door and peace of mind our door will have a long life and safe new parts and door will now balance in place hold as we have small children if something does break.
