AJ did a wonderful job evaluating our newly installed garage door opener for functionality and proceeded to program it as needed. The program procedure had eluded my wife and I but was completed by AJ in a matter of minutes. Booked on line and got an appointment within a couple of hours. Garage door opener was not working correctly. Friendly technician showed up promptly and identified problem as the safety switch. Replaced themed problem solved. Very happy with whole experience
