AJ provided incredible service tonight. First off, it's awesome that Saturday appointments are available, especially last minute like ours was. From scheduling the appointment to the service we received, everything was excellent. This was probably the best communication I've ever received from a home services vendor. Excellent service from start to finish. When my garage door opener broke in the morning, my car was trapped inside. I had no idea how long it would take to be rectified. Instead, Mike arrived that afternoon. He provided me with a clear assessment and installed the new opener within a couple of hours. He even took time to clean out the leaves and dirt that had accumulated. Made (saved) my day!

Looked at the reviews and the easy appointment booking on line and was sold. Do yourself a favor, you need anything garage door related? Call these folks first. Don't even question the decision. Mike saved my bacon when our door spring failed. He assessed the condition of our door, didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and gave great advice on keeping both doors in tip top shape.

Mike introduced himself right away, looked at what needed fixed, gave me a quote, and once I agreed, got right to work. I checked in when he was just about done, he explained what he did, made sure that the door worked properly, went over the cost once again, I paid and he cleaned everything up including the old parts that were no longer needed. Very pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My garage door didn’t open over my lunch break because of a broken torsion spring, so I called Precision Garage Door Services because I saw their trucks around town before. The office person scheduled my appointment for 8pm. I received a call from Mike saying he could push it up to 4pm. He wrote 2 options to choose from and a senior discount. Mike was great! He did a thorough/professional job -- but was also super-friendly. The whole experience was a real pleasure, from start to finish. And they came right away, really helping me out of a jam (spring broke, couldn't get car out of garage). I hope I don't need to call them for a long time, but, if I do, I know I'll be in great hands. And recommending them to my friends and family is a no-brainer. You never know what you're going to get when it comes to finding service specialists you've never dealt with before, so I'm so happy this worked out so great.

Very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Doors. After reading several positive reviews from some area people I decided to give them a try. I would have to agree with the other positive reviews. AJ was the service technician. He contacted me & said he was running ahead of schedule by about 45 minutes. He gave me a detailed estimate with needed recommendations besides the obvious broken spring. He found a worn cable that would have created another problem in the future. He completed the necessary work in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with. This repair also happened the day before Thanksgiving when not every business was open.
