Mike was great! He did a thorough/professional job -- but was also super-friendly. The whole experience was a real pleasure, from start to finish. And they came right away, really helping me out of a jam (spring broke, couldn't get car out of garage). I hope I don't need to call them for a long time, but, if I do, I know I'll be in great hands. And recommending them to my friends and family is a no-brainer.
