Very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Doors. After reading several positive reviews from some area people I decided to give them a try. I would have to agree with the other positive reviews. AJ was the service technician. He contacted me & said he was running ahead of schedule by about 45 minutes. He gave me a detailed estimate with needed recommendations besides the obvious broken spring. He found a worn cable that would have created another problem in the future. He completed the necessary work in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with. This repair also happened the day before Thanksgiving when not every business was open. I would definitely consider having them do work in the future & recommend them to anyone needing garage door work. Kevin Smith Victor, Ia
