Mike introduced himself right away, looked at what needed fixed, gave me a quote, and once I agreed, got right to work. I checked in when he was just about done, he explained what he did, made sure that the door worked properly, went over the cost once again, I paid and he cleaned everything up including the old parts that were no longer needed. Very pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike was great! He did a thorough/professional job -- but was also super-friendly. The whole experience was a real pleasure, from start to finish. And they came right away, really helping me out of a jam (spring broke, couldn't get car out of garage). I hope I don't need to call them for a long time, but, if I do, I know I'll be in great hands.
