Mike introduced himself right away, looked at what needed fixed, gave me a quote, and once I agreed, got right to work. I checked in when he was just about done, he explained what he did, made sure that the door worked properly, went over the cost once again, I paid and he cleaned everything up including the old parts that were no longer needed.
