With a robust background in business spanning 25 years, Mike brings a wealth of experience and a keen understanding of customer service to his new venture. A devoted father, Mike has two wonderful daughters, Star and Ella, who are his pride and joy. He also shares his life with Oreo, a playful Mini Aussiedoodle who never fails to bring a smile to his face! In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing and golfing, hobbies that allow him to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors. Though he now leads the Cedar Rapids location, Mike calls Florida home, balancing his professional life in Iowa with his personal life in the Sunshine State.

My garage door didn’t open over my lunch break because of a broken torsion spring, so I called Precision Garage Door Services because I saw their trucks around town before. The office person scheduled my appointment for 8pm. I received a call from Mike saying he could push it up to 4pm. He wrote 2 options to choose from and a senior discount. Mike was prompt and efficient. He came earlier in the week and didn't charge me anything..... but the theorized easy fix did not turn out to be the real problem. On the second visit he went through a series of potential fixes and completed the job with (I think) the least expensive solution. Very easy to work with. I would heartily recommend his services!
