Had tension spring break on Saturday. Filled out the inquiry on website Sunday morning. Staff reached out and we got appointmet that afternoon. afternoon. He arrived and provided quote prior to work. He weighed the door to ensure proper spring size, turns out we needed 2 sizes stronger. Now I can release latch and lift manually much easier. Well worth letting a pro do this instal with proper tools, inventory, and experience. And, the spring is heavier duty than typical off the shelf, so will last longer.

Tuesday nite the spring broke leaving my truck inside could not get it out. called precision door late tuesday nite and was told they would be there wed morning . mike was there wed morning and took care of all my problems was very happy with him and his work .
