Excellent service from start to finish. When my garage door opener broke in the morning, my car was trapped inside. I had no idea how long it would take to be rectified. Instead, Mike arrived that afternoon. He provided me with a clear assessment and installed the new opener within a couple of hours. He even took time to clean out the leaves and dirt that had accumulated. Made (saved) my day!

I called Precision on Sunday, and he was here on Monday morning. My problem was something that was my own fault, but since I have never had maintenance in 12 years, I had him check out everything. Turns out I needed new springs and rollers. He had all the parts with him and all was fixed within an hour. Very happy to have this all taken care of in a timely matter. Excellence experience. Clayton replaced my broken 19 year old garage door opener. He answered all my questions well. Previous good comments from other reviews convinced me to use your service. I'm happy with the prompt, friendly service. The cost of the opener and labor was higher than I expected, but the only comparison was to look at the prices at Big Box stores with no idea what the installation costs would be. I don't believe their installers would have been as knowledgeable to complete a quality installation.

Looked at the reviews and the easy appointment booking on line and was sold. Do yourself a favor, you need anything garage door related? Call these folks first. Don't even question the decision. Mike saved my bacon when our door spring failed. He assessed the condition of our door, didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and gave great advice on keeping both doors in tip top shape.

Customer service was great, prior to the tech arrival I got a text with the techs picture and bio. Very friendly and replacement spring took about 30 min to install.
