I had a frayed cable that could have broken at any moment, but was unaware, just knew my door was tilted. My technician Clayton showed me the damage and explained my repair options. I thought I was going to go a week or two without using my garage, but Clayton assured me he could fix it right away, that they had everything on the truck. Clayton went above and beyond, working well after dinner time to fix my issue and I was so thankful it was able to get fixed immediately. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Mike was great! He did a thorough/professional job -- but was also super-friendly. The whole experience was a real pleasure, from start to finish. And they came right away, really helping me out of a jam (spring broke, couldn't get car out of garage). I hope I don't need to call them for a long time, but, if I do, I know I'll be in great hands. And recommending them to my friends and family is a no-brainer. You never know what you're going to get when it comes to finding service specialists you've never dealt with before, so I'm so happy this worked out so great.

Had tension spring break on Saturday. Filled out the inquiry on website Sunday morning. Staff reached out and we got appointmet that afternoon. afternoon. He arrived and provided quote prior to work. He weighed the door to ensure proper spring size, turns out we needed 2 sizes stronger. Now I can release latch and lift manually much easier. Well worth letting a pro do this instal with proper tools, inventory, and experience. And, the spring is heavier duty than typical off the shelf, so will last longer.

Spring broke with car stuck inside with babysitting grandkids in another city in jeopardy! Mike came to rescue and within an hour had spring replaced and we were on our way. I decided on this company after reading the reviews and comparing costs to other companies. Clayton was prompt, professional, helpful and honest. After a chipmunk chewed the rubber bottom seal on my 18 ft door, Clayton determined it was still in pretty good condition. I did not need to replace it at this time. However, his boss is checking on the possibility of ordering a sturdier seal, as another option, in case I continue to have chipmunk problems. I appreciate his effort for going above and beyond. I will definitely refer Precision Garage Door to my family and friends.

Appointment scheduled for same day service and they arrived ahead a schedule so that was very appreciated. Mike was very professional and provided us a couple different options for the repair. He repaired it on the same visit and it's working better than it was before the repair. Great experience!
