Super friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to understand the issue, diagnose and gave an accurate estimate of what was needed. Performed the work in a timely manor and made sure everything was working properly and lubed. Did not try to upsell anything or downplay my current setup as "junk" like other companies did. I have no doubt Mike's work will last for a long time, unlike the other companies which keep you coming back part by part.

Yes, he looked at the wire and it was going on the garage where he could see it going to back to the LiftMaster and checked it out and the item that put on the wall was working there now. I thank you for the fixing the wire good now on the LiftMaster. Thanks

My garage door didn’t open over my lunch break because of a broken torsion spring, so I called Precision Garage Door Services because I saw their trucks around town before. The office person scheduled my appointment for 8pm. I received a call from Mike saying he could push it up to 4pm. He wrote 2 options to choose from and a senior discount. Clayton Starner was the technician that came to check my garage door problems. He was friendly, prompt, courteous. He listened to my explanation of my problem with our garage door then thoroughly checked out all the possible issues. Clayton explained (and showed me) the issues with the opener and then presented his recommendations for repair/replacement. I opted to replace the 25 year old garage door opener and he showed me the available options and prices. When I made my choice he quickly and efficiently replaced the door opener, lubricated all the hinges on the garage door so it runs SO quietly now, told me what to watch for in 25 year old springs and even helped me program the door to my phone. He did a great job!

Mike came out on a Sunday and took care of an issue with a cable that released from our garage door. He reattached the cable and took the extra time to troubleshoot the cause. He found the issue and made adjustments so the problem won't reoccur. His thoroughness will save us future headaches.

Mike was prompt and efficient. He came earlier in the week and didn't charge me anything..... but the theorized easy fix did not turn out to be the real problem. On the second visit he went through a series of potential fixes and completed the job with (I think) the least expensive solution. Very easy to work with. I would heartily recommend his services!

Had Clayton look at our forty year old garage door that was not closing properly. He inspected and gave me an estimate on repairing the door .I then asked for an estimate on a new door. I decided on a new door. Clayton and Mike did the install . They showed up when scheduled and were prepared and did the install quickly. I was pleased how friendly and professional they were.
