I called this company for a repair on my garage door, which needed a new panel. Although they were unable to acquire the parts because of proprietary reasons, Clayton steered me in the right direction. He also, gave an estimate for a replacement door in case the part was obsolete or unavailable. However it was and I am getting it replaced. I was impressed with his promptness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company and if and when I need a garage door replacement call them first!!!!

Very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Doors. After reading several positive reviews from some area people I decided to give them a try. I would have to agree with the other positive reviews. AJ was the service technician. He contacted me & said he was running ahead of schedule by about 45 minutes. He gave me a detailed estimate with needed recommendations besides the obvious broken spring. He found a worn cable that would have created another problem in the future. He completed the necessary work in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with. This repair also happened the day before Thanksgiving when not every business was open. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! Immediately after I made the appointment, they ensured my safety by sending a picture and name of the service tech being dispatched for my unique garage door issue . I could not get over how quickly they could come!!!!! Technician was very knowledgeable & polite. Rates are extremely fair. Went above and beyond to assist us with our sad outdated garage door, giving us sound recommendations on various options & price points. All the people we worked with were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite, and prompt. AJ came out and got the ancient opener to work as well as it could, Clayton came out the next day to install an opener that now works with remotes and the keypad. Mike, the owner, told us what the instillation would cost, and that’s exactly what we were charged in spite of some glitches. We have used this company before and have always been more than pleased with a Mike and the techs.

Woke up Monday morning to head to work, tried opening the garage door and the spring snapped. Called their phone number and left a message at 5 AM, got a return call a short while later stating a technician would be there by 8 AM. AJ showed up, assessed the situation, gave us a fair quote on replacing the springs and a few other items (cables, rollers, as the garage door is almost 10 years old), and then got to work. By 10 AM he was all wrapped up. AJ was very professional and friendly, and it was easy to tell he has been doing this for a while. Would recommend to anyone.

AJ arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable about his job. AJ got the garage door opener replaced quickly and made sure everything was working before he left.
